Tell us the context, timeline and decision you're working toward. A short note is enough to start — we'll ask for detail as it becomes relevant.
Four conversations, and what helps us most in each.
- A project or advisory assignment
The most useful opening message names the decision you are trying to make, the country, and roughly when it has to be made. Data availability matters less than you think at this stage — establishing what exists is often the first task.
- Partnership or consortium
Tell us the programme or tender, the role you need covered, and the deadline. We work as a technical partner inside consortia as well as leading assignments, and the two need different conversations.
- Expert collaboration
We keep a specialist network beyond the core bench. If your discipline touches the seams we work across — regulatory, structural, market, operational — say what you do and where you have done it.
- Something else
Press, academic collaboration, a question about a figure on this site, or a correction. We would rather hear that a number is wrong than not hear it.
We reply within two business days. If a question is outside what we can honestly take on, we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone who can.
