Accessibility statement

Our commitment

FlowOps Energy works with ministries, regulators, system operators and development partners — organisations with their own obligations to accessible public information. We treat accessibility as a requirement of this website rather than an enhancement to it.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

An automated audit of every published page template, run on 11 August 2026 across desktop and mobile viewports, returned no Level A or Level AA violations. Automated testing cannot detect every barrier, so this is a statement of what has been verified, not a guarantee of full conformance.

What we have done

Measures taken during the site's design and build include:

• Semantic HTML with landmark structure and a skip link on every page.
• Colour is never the only way information is conveyed — states also differ in shape and fill, so they survive greyscale and colour-vision deficiency.
• All colour pairings were computed against WCAG contrast thresholds rather than judged by eye.
• Every chart and diagram has a non-visual equivalent — a data table or a descriptive label — that is present in the page's HTML and does not depend on JavaScript.
• Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators and focus trapping in the mobile navigation.
• Motion respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting, and no animation loops.
• Text resizes without loss of content or function, and no page scrolls horizontally at 390px width.

Known limitations

We prefer to state these plainly rather than omit them.

Albanian-language pages currently display English content for most of the site. Only short interface labels are translated. This is a content limitation, not a technical one, and is being addressed by a native-speaker translation rather than machine translation.

Automated testing covers a large share of WCAG success criteria but not all of them. A manual audit and assistive-technology testing with real users have not yet been carried out.
