Problem

A coal region needed a phase-out pathway that was economically and socially survivable, not only technically modelled — including what happens to employment and municipal revenue.

Phase-out scenario modelling
Macroeconomic impact analysis — employment, GDP, regional dependency
Carbon-pricing sensitivity and stranded-asset risk assessment
Municipal GHG inventory and LEAP energy model

Output

Baseline assessment and a 2025–2035 roadmap delivered to the commissioning organisation, with the supporting inventory and energy model.
